Shipping

Viva Alpaka ships to the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico) using USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS. All items are shipped from our warehouse in Atlanta, Georgia. Please contact us at custsve@viva-alpaka.com for other destinations.

FREE SHIPPING OFFER!
Shipping is free to continental USA! For Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, please add a flat $10 for USPS Priority. You just need to select "Free Shipping (USPS Priority)" when viewing your shopping cart. For other alternatives, please see chart below.
Shipping Costs

All orders will be processed within two (2) days. Orders requiring expedited shipping (UPS 3rd Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be shipped the next business day. 

Ship to Different Addresses

For your safety, we rather ship only to your billing address. However, if you prefer to ship to a different address or addresses, please contact us at custsve@viva-alpaka.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request(s).

Availability And Prices

In stock items should arrive in approximately 5-7 business days after shipping (USPS). However, sometimes we may need to backorder your product. Although we place and receive orders on a weekly basis, we will notify you of any unexpected delays over 30 days. Your credit card will not be charged until time of shipment and the price on your order will be always honored.

Taxes

Sales tax (7.0 %) will be applied if your shipping address is in the State of Georgia.

Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If your purchase is not what you were expecting, you may return it within 14 days of receipt and receive a full refund for the price of the product. The item needs to be returned in its original, unused condition (including all packaging and original tags attached) for a full refund.

Shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping cost of sending the merchandise back to us.

To return an item, please email us at custsve@Viva-Alpaka.com and include your order number and the item you would like to return. We will promptly authorize the transaction by sending you a Return Tracking Number (RTN) and shipping instructions via e-mail. Please clearly note this Return Tracking Number on in your shipping label. We find this process saves on extra paper and is part of our “green” commitment!

Once shipped back, please allow 7-10 business days for the processing of your return.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please email us at custsve@Viva-Alpaka.com. We will confirm that we have your requested item in stock and send it to you as soon as we receive the item you are returning. We will send you the exchange item at no extra charge but please note that you will be responsible for the shipping cost of sending the product back to us.

Please note that we are unable to process any exchanges for a higher priced item. We can exchange items for a different size or color. If you wish to purchase a completely different item, we suggest you place a new order and return the original merchandise for a full refund of the product price.
